Our story

1. Lisa-Nil

   Istanbul

   Lisa-Nil was born in Istanbul, to a Turkish father and a French mother with Greek roots.

   

2. Jules

   New York, then Mexico

   Jules was born in New York to two Parisians, and grew up in Mexico.

3. One night

   Paris

   We met one night in Paris.

   

4. The week after

   The south of France

   We spent the whole week that followed together in the south of France.

   

5. About a year

   Two continents

   Then came about a year of long distance.

6. Two years

   Paris

   Jules moved to Paris, and we had two years there together.

7. Now

   Mexico City

   Lisa-Nil followed Jules to Mexico City, where we live now.

   

8. August 2026

   Antiparos

   Jules asked at sunset, on a hillside above the sea. She said yes.

   

9. The choice

   Why Sicily

   We didn't want to choose between Turkey, Mexico and France. We both love Italy, we wanted to be by the sea, and we wanted all our friends in one place. Sicily had all three.

   

10. 4 September 2027

    Sicily

    Which is why you're coming from Istanbul, Paris, Mexico and beyond. We can't wait to see you there.
