The three gatherings, from Friday evening to Sunday's beach brunch. Times, places and transport land here as we confirm them.
Friday 3 September: welcome party

- When: the evening, from around sunset. Exact time to come.
- Where: in Ortigia, within walking distance of wherever you stay. Most likely a rooftop.
- Who: grown-ups only.
- What to wear: see the dress code.
Saturday 4 September: the wedding
Confirmed The date. Everything else is still to be confirmed.
- Where: in the countryside near Ortigia. The venue stays a surprise until the day.
- Getting there: shuttles in the afternoon from a meeting point just across the bridge, on the mainland side of Siracusa. Departure times, the meeting point and the way back are to come.
- Who: grown-ups only.
- What to wear: see the dress code.
Sunday 5 September: beach brunch

- When: late morning into the afternoon, until it turns into a party.
- Where: a beach club near Ortigia, to be chosen.
- Getting there: to be confirmed, possibly shuttles.
- Children: to be confirmed.
Then fly home on Monday 6 September.
